Dividing America

The United States of America is a once prosperous empire, arguably the greatest ever, that is beginning to rescind and implode upon itself..

Economic, political, social, and religious differences are pushing and pulling the peoples of these lands into chaos and uncertainty, and it might be time to start thinking about peaceful and moral solutions to the inevitable balkanization or secession of states.. 

If we don't form contracts and agreements to split territories and populations we will be encountering violence and bloodshed, as has always occurred in declining empires so far in recorded human history, and our new maps will be drawn by whoever is the strongest.. Which could end up being nefarious domestic strongmen or even foreign powers. 

Politics is downstream from culture.

And the culture today within our 50 states is rapidly changing in some areas, and desperately clinging to traditional values in others.. These divides can be seen clearly in the present county-by-county voting map, highlighting the differences of the day politically, and thus culturally.. And these divides can be seen changing when comparing state election results and their various changes over the last 70 years. 

So if one wants to change politics, then they must change culture.. Which is why the "culture wars" have been taking place over the last 8+ years as our nation has grown increasingly desperate in using political solutions to solve the growing problems we face.. 

Instead of the inevitable violence that results from seeking to impose one's will over another with force, I propose we find another solution to our growing cultural differences and moral divides. 

I would like to propose for the couple hundred of people who view my blog these potentially successful solutions to the growing divisions in this place..  The first being one that splits the United States of America into a new Union consisting of 27 states, generally rearranged by political, economic, and geographic similarities : 

 I envision that these states would instantly revert back to the original founding constitutional document signed by the founding fathers, and then each state could then vote to add the necessary amendments they see fit. I see this proposal focusing on states individual rights to govern themselves, while continuing to participate together in some sort of broader union that would have a united military, banking system, and general legal code based on the original constitution. While also holding the right to govern themselves more locally on social issues, and appease their own populations interests and well-beings, instead of just being dominated by the will of bought and paid for politicians and bureacrats in Washington D.C. 

The second proposal I have seems to have much more long-term potential success for all parties involved, and it would essentially be a complete breakup of the United States into various seperate nations, based on cultural and theological differences :

I think that the west coast and southwestern regions might as well just break off and govern themselves or be given to China and Mexico outright.. These areas are becoming increasingly populated by foreigners and foreign economic interests.. It just seems fit that they either join those nations or become puppet states to the nations where their ancestral allegiances remain. These areas are just too ideologically different from the middle and eastern regions, they think more globabally and economically, they are more materialist and godless in general, making them more rebellious in nature. 

The areas already essentially controlled and governed by Mormons would just become theirs outright in Zion, to make their own nation with their own leaders as they see fit. They will also gobble up some of the neighboring lands that are fairly unpopulated and already living peacefully next to or even amongst mormon populations thriving now. 

The New Orleans area will just become its own city-state, it is far too different culturally and theologically from the neighboring Christian populations.. It would likely be a very economically successful city-state, controlling the Mississippi river outlet port, and still have a lot of tourism money coming in.. But the mix of various Christian denominations, voodo nonsense, and other foreign religions is just too far away from the values of their neighboring peoples.

The Union States of America can just continue on as things are now. They would essentially be the remains of this current government system and could be left alone by those leaving to govern themselves as things are, or continue to "progress" further along into their leftist utopia dreams. 

Amishland is self-explanatory.. The amish deserve their own nation, as they have survived for two centuries just doing what they do, and should be given the space where they most dominate already to just continue on keeping on.. 

Columbia would become the Catholic nation, and essentially become a Vatican puppet state on the North American continent.. Catholics all over the nation, as well as the world at large would be invited to come and build the nation they have always wanted to turn the U.S. into.. They could establish a kingdom or constitutional monarchy, and just generally establish the government that the Pope and the Vatican see fit. 

Babylon should be self-explanatory.. All of the atheists, non-believers, pagans, satanists, and generally degenerate folks can be left alone to establish their own modern day sodom and gamorrah, taking with them all those who will not be comfortable living in or even unwelcomed entirely into the newly established neighboring nations.. All of those currently in rebellion towards God, who seek to have all the material rewards and physical pleasures of this world in this life alone, shall be given an area to go do that in.. They can build idols to worship, they can do as thou wilt, and maybe even build a single large tower in their new capital that will reach into heaven.. I won't be holding my breath for any sort of long-term success from these people in this place, but the degenerate heathens deserve spaces to live in their own filth, and the general New York/D.C. areas seem the most fitting as of now..

Finally, the Christian State of America would be established by believers to govern themselves and enforce biblical laws in the regions that either are already, or want to live as righteously as possible in this fallen state. 

I think that this new nation would function best like a constiutional-monarchy.. There would be a righteous king established and appointed by righteous men, if not God outright, and the various states would have their own regional laws and religious denominations that would be bound together by a biblically sound constitution.. I could see this government taking many different forms though, as it could be established like ancient Israel with righteous judges and various autonomous tribes, or it could be formed how King David's kingdom was, or it could function like a Hellenistic democracy, or be ruled over by a believing caesar or tsar like ruling family.. 

The details aren't necessarily important, as long as biblical laws would be the genuine focus by a population of believers in a glorious and resource-rich land mass.. 

I think God would move in special ways to help true believers form a government that would bring Him glory in the end.. 

Which brings me to my final point here, which is that even though my proposals and plans are never going to take place, obviously, the plan that God has for us all will.. He is using the chaos, the destruction, the death, and all the evils of this world to bring about something glorious in the end. We are limited to our own lives, and our own understandings, and we want things to work well for us and be good right here and right now for our own benefit, due to our sinful natures.. But God's plan is much larger, much more complex, and much more glorious than anything we can experience or know for ourselves..

The solution we need is not political, or economic, or philosophical, or even physical at all.. Because of our inherited sin and our fallen state, we will always want to have nice things, live comfortably, be safe and secure in our material bodies, and win our own victories.. But we must realize at some point, individually and independently, that this life is not all there is, and that our souls will enter into eternity to be judged. We must spiritually seek to know and experience God's Kingdom..

Our eyes must be fixated on eternity, our minds centered on knowing our creator, our hearts focused on righteous living, and our souls given over to the Lord alone, and not to the ruler of this world, the great deceiver. 

 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, and strength to your bones. Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the firstfruits of all your increase; So your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine. My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, nor detest His correction; For whome the Lord loves He corrects, just as a father the son in whom he delights."

Our real, genuine, trustworthy, unfailing solution to the increasing problems our nation is and will continue to face, is to trust in the Lord and live righteously.. We must accept and endure the persecutions, the trials, the challenges, the hardships, the chaos, the destruction, the violence, and the bloodshed that is incoming, and just continue to walk towards God's Kingdom with faith, loyalty, and hope at all times. 

Do not ever forget that God wins in the end, and we will be with Him when the time comes if we so choose. 

Our home is not America, or however we wish it to be for our own selfish benefit; our home is the Kingdom of Heaven. We must focus our souls on helping to build that eternal kingdom and not one of our own here and now. 

Soccer Moms Run The World

A mother is one who can take the place of all others, but whose place no one else can take.. A mother is uniquely designed to think of the future and the consequences of actions taken, because they give birth to those who will inherit them.. Moms will determine the rise and fall of emperors, empires, and mask mandates.. 

Every single soldier in a ruler's army was raised by a mother. They create the population, and they determine its obedience. They hold the keys to power, whether or not we want to admit it or speak it out loud.

Those who raise the youth, control the future.. Which is why mothers have more power in the home than nobility have over their lands. The might of the mother is beyond measure, but they fail to rule over principalities directly as they tend to lack a cohesive, organized, united front. However, when the mothers can agree on particular issues or agendas, there is almost nothing a crown or congress can do to stop them from implementing the change they choose or even demand.

The ruling class loses control over the masses when they lose the will of the soccer moms.. 

The Wuhan Flu would have been a temporary news story or just another internet conspiracy theory if enough moms did not buy into it. If the fear had not resonated enough with them to take the supposed outbreak of a virus seriously then there would be no masks worn, no lockdowns, no massive spike in amazon deliveries or door dash orders. The mothers of the western world decided to buy into the fear campaigns, deeming the stated pandemic as a credible threat to lives, and the resulting irrational reactions caused a "new normal" for the rest of us.

The soccer moms were hooked into the presented narrative by the manufactured toilet paper shortages in March of 2020. These mothers could physically see with their own eyes the empty shelves when shopping at grocery stores, and reacted by choosing to not take their kids to school or soccer practice for a few weeks.. Of course those 14 days to flatten the curve turned into weeks, then months, and now we are approaching the 1 year anniversary of "stop the spread" and the total upheaval of our society. The moms caused massive societal changes by just agreeing to comply with the fear campaigns on their screens and taking action to protect their children. Weak fathers and the children were led into obeying the matriarchs as they chose to submit to the nonsense coming out of our screens. 

The mothers did not cause the Kung Flu. However, their reactions to it caused unprecedented and unimaginable changes on the macro level.. The fallout of which is going to be costly, damaging, destructive, and even deadly for many years to come.

As we head into this new year and towards another societal shifting situation, the opinions and actions taken by these same moms could determine the future/existence of our civilization.. 

Rigged election or not, it appears to have been stolen by tens of millions of American citizens. Whether the democrats truly did steal this election or not, if the soccer moms perceive it to be so then they will act accordingly. Somebody will assume power over this nation next week, and the opinions of the mothers will determine how smooth that transition will be.

The opinions and actions taken by the moms in these upcoming few weeks and months will likely determine the destiny of our nation.  A global super power could be toppled, world wars could break out, a great economic reset could emerge, or we could just return to our normal lives..

But whatever happens in these coming days, the influence of the matriarchs over the outcome will not be discussed, highlighted, or even mentioned on your screens. For the true might of the mom is often hidden or disguised by the ruling class.. They don't want these moms to realize their true power and influence over the entire population. Our rulers seek to keep the mothers divided on and distracted from issues that matter, vocal and activated when it helps to push their own agendas, and always left unaware of the threat that they truly pose to the institutions of power. 

If the democrats can't find a way to convince the soccer moms and Karens that this election was in fact legitimate, and that a Biden/Harris administration is going to pave the way for a better future for their children, then the leftists are headed for some major road-blocks and even outright revolution. There Is No Political Solution

 It is clear to me now that Trump will be declared the winner of this election soon, which is likely the worst result possible for conservative Christians..

Although hated by the people on our screens and the democrat party elites, Donald Trump was actually the best president for liberals in quite some time. He racked up record amounts of national debt funding social programs, implemented aggressive gun bans, allowed the most censorship of free speech ever, and implemented a UBI program. He also convinced an entire nation to close their businesses, put muzzles over their faces, shut down their churches, and give up their liberties willingly over a nonsense virus scare..

It seems obvious to me now that a leftist Kamala Harris reign going forward would be far more motivating and beneficial for God's children to resist the children of the lie.

Those on the right tend to obey orders and the law, until the leaders given power over them are deemed untrustworthy or illegitimate. A Biden administration would fail to enact leftist policies at this point, as it will cause too much actual pushback from the taxpayers, gun owners + food growers.. The radicals + revolutionaries would not be able to push their desired agendas by actually being in charge right now.

Those who build are suited for leadership roles, those who destroy are not. Parasites just seek a healthy host to feed upon, one unaware of the resource depletion.. Parasites aren't designed to survive on their own.

For now the virus is gone, the cure being an election and potential foreign wars.. 

.. but they will certainly bring it back this winter, and attempt to lock down small businesses again, take away more of our liberties, and continue their plan of demoralizing us into submission. However, with an apparent Biden coup under way, the right won't just shut up and obey.. They won't just wear MAGA face coverings to protest, or ask the state nicely for their businesses to remain open.. These Trump loyalists and disenfranchised Republicans will certainly stand up against "tyranny" [for once] since their idol of strong leadership has been seemingly taken from them with fake ballots and rigged counting processes..

These ruler worshippers have said "trust the plan" and "Trump will save us" all during this extended, worn out plandemic.. They won't be putting up with mask mandates, fines, and quarantines during a "socialist takeover."

I could easily be wrong, I will admit it if I am. Biden might actually end up being our president, I don't really mind if he does. But the script writers of the political theater we are watching currently needs Trump to win for many reasons, and they need his victory to be contested. The radicals and those who stand to profit from upcoming revolutions need for Trump to be viewed as an illegitimate ruler + those supporting him to be considered insurgents.

Just do not fall victim to the anger and fear they are trying to push upon you my fellow brothers and sisters of God. Do not let the despair into your heart. Do not allow your uniquely created soul to be demoralized during the upcoming months of confusion + chaos.

Remember that we are in a spiritual battle.. 

"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground.."

.. not a political fight. When you let the happenings of this temporary world and the children of the lie make you angry and afraid, you will be manipulated into destroying yourself. Put on the full armor of God -your creator- and stand strong against the materialists and satanists who seek to control and dominate you in this world. Seek first God and His right ways, love and fear Him only, and trust that He will lead you through the valleys of death and into the green pastures ahead and beyond. 

State of the Church

 

The State of our Church is weak. 

In this opinionated rant I will be using the term "church" loosely, as almost all of America's places of worship have evolved into corporations that merely claim to be spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. 

Obviously our nation has hundreds, if not thousands, of Christian denominations who act separately from each other and believe differently about the teachings + existence of Jesus Christ. The common denominator is the belief that our creator gave us His only son to not only correct our behavior, but to instruct us on how to live better and to receive salvation through His sacrifice. Jesus of Nazareth shared His life and love of our Father in Heaven with all, no matter their denomination, race, social or financial status.

Jesus multiplies and Satan divides. 

But what have we chosen to do here lately?

Can we honestly look at the state of the modern Christian churches who claim to know and share the good news and say with an honest heart that they are leading us towards salvation? That our churches are bringing us together, helping us to be fruitful and to multiply? Or is it obvious yet that these groups of humans in buildings seek to divide + deceive in order to conquer + control?

Our Churches are led by mentally weak and spiritually broken men [and now even women] who have become corrupted by the culture of today:

We are being led astray by misguided shepherds and false prophets.

Satan constantly seeks to make us believe anything but the truth. Any faith, ideology or philosophy that separates us from the truth of our Lord is beneficial to the great deceiver. Any comfort, pleasure, or satisfaction that is not the love of our creator is useful to the prince of this earth. God is an enemy to the materialists + earth-worshipers, and they seek endlessly to advance themselves through physical progress and build their own utopia here and now. 

When we set our hearts upon the world, the world is going to take us. If we do not have a personal relationship with our Heavenly Father, the comforts of this temporary place will satisfy us into compliance or scare us into submission. 

The "age of enlightenment," the French Revolution, and the reformation period sought to improve the institutions of this place and advance humans into a state nearing perfection here + now. Has that revolutionary spirit ever resolved? Have the reformers and revolutionaries ever truly solved our problems or saved our souls? 

The result of humans seeking to be their own Gods and make life here in this temporary place better continues to result in destruction, disorder, and widespread death.. When we seek first God's logos and love from within, rejecting the creations, promises, pleasures + comforts of man and choosing for ourselves to follow Jesus Christ into the Kingdom of Heaven, we find true salvation and righteous rewards. But our churches do not preach or teach that, for it would negatively diminish their income and dissolve their power over us..

The last thing that our American churches want is for us to seek God's Kingdom from within. Hesychasm or "silent prayer" is a direct threat to the obvious scam that has become of our churches. [ Matthew 6:1 + Matthew 6:5-8 ] Humans seeking power and dominion over earth will always put themselves between you and the Lord. Do not fall victim to their tricks and plots, be sure to wear the armor of God and stand boldly and courageously in the face of the blasphemers, the heathens, and the children of the lie.

The churches of our age tend to take out monetary loans to build large, impressive buildings and employ many people to spread their own messages out to their communities, promoting their own understandings of the Gospels to any with ears to hear. They make sure to guilt people into entering these buildings at least once a week, where they are reminded to give hard earned wealth over to them in order to keep the lights on, the doors open, and their own wallets fat.. These buildings contain a man, titled as a pope, father, priest, pastor or preacher, whose job it is to tell you how to think and how to act, as well as what and who God is.. 

The LAST thing these people need is for you to realize that you should be spending 10-30 minutes a day and/or night tuning out your earthly, sinful, egotistical thoughts and opening up a direct line of communication within yourself to your Heavenly Father, through the voiceless voice of the Holy Spirit. [ Matthew 6:1 + Matthew 6:5-8 ] That reading the word of God and allowing the voiceless voice of the Holy Spirit to interpret it for you is how a relationship is truly built with our Father in Heaven.. 

These tax shelters and money laundering operations do not lead you to the truth + love of Jesus Christ, as truly doing so would be bad for their earthly schemes and material gains. They can never truly lead you to our creator and His right ways. They will only discourage you from seeking first His Kingdom from within and finding His logos. 

Our churches are materialistic, selfish, money-obsessed, sinful scams. They are preventing the rest of us from truly building a personal relationship with Christ the King, and the inevitable result is a lack of salvation and widespread confusion, depression, anger and evil. Our churches are broken, they are removed from the righteous path, but that doesn't mean you have to be. God is always ready and waiting for you to return to Him, to find salvation, to be redeemed, to receive His blessings and seek His Kingdom. 

Our times here on earth are tough, they will only get worse going forward. But our creator put us here and now for a reason. He made us capable of facing the challenges of the day, to be useful soldiers in this spiritual battle taking place. We must first choose Him, keep Him close, and fight constantly and relentlessly for His glory. 

The State of our Church is weak. But fear not, for the State of God is always strong.  

Fixing Men

The world is facing a shortage of good men.

The war on masculinity has been waged for decades now, and very few strong men are left standing, willing to continue the fight. The culture has pushed degeneracy, pleasure-seeking, materialism, and philosophies of liberation on men for decades, resulting in overly emotional and weak males who are unwilling to stand up for what is right or do the hard-work necessary to earn righteous rewards. We must now fix what is broken. 

The sad state of masculinity in our world today isn't just a theory I hold, it is on full display constantly on our screens..

The males of our current age have become emotional attention seekers. Their behavior is now dictated by the culture, their opinions are currently controlled by a fear of losing their material stuff and/or addictions to pleasurable things. They lack a true or real connection to our Heavenly Father, thus they lack His logos + truth. These currently broken males are indoctrinated by materialists to seek temporary pleasure before securing righteous rewards, and to secure earthly comforts above seeking spiritual treasures.

Our civilization is crumbling before our eyes as a result of physically weak + spiritually broken men. The current political and cultural leaders openly call for hatred, anger, resentment and even violence against any man who dares to be good. The need to fix our men has become not only important, but necessary. Without the strength provided by good men, evil rules. Destruction, disorder, violence and even murder runs rampant when good men do not guide, build, provide and protect. It is important that we speak up for and encourage young men to return to their Heavenly Father, in order to overcome physical weakness and spiritual brokenness. 

The strength I'm speaking of comes from a place of love, not anger. It is the courage to stand up for and speak the truth in all places, at all times, to fight for what is righteous and not just appease the feelings of others. Men cannot be the meaningful + purposeful beings that God created them to be with anger in their hearts. By holding anger inside of them, men are driven to act irrationally. They lose control over themselves, they lack true understanding of reality, they fail to reject the temptations and evils of the world. Anger leads men to repeat and even justify destructive behaviors, preventing them from finding the love they so desperately crave. 

The men of today must find the motivation to be "a man" and not "the man" and it starts by humbling themselves before the creator, asking for forgiveness from God for past transgressions while also learning how to forgive the future transgressions of others. The pride and ego must be eliminated from thoughts, the anger and resentment must be released from hearts, and the strength, truth and love of God will shine through each man in every moment of every day.

The men can be fixed. The lost can still be found. Our future is bright if we choose to seek the light.

I am personally optimistic for the future of men. If young men begin taking simple yet effective steps in their daily lives to improve and correct themselves, it will result in healthier relationships, more successful careers, thriving families, widespread sobriety + health, and true meaning + purpose. It begins with repenting for the sins committed, and forgiving all others for their own sins. Once we make it clear to our Heavenly Father that we are willing to truly forgive others, He truly forgives us.. Putting us on the path towards fully liberating ourselves from the bondage and suffering currently holding us back here and now.

We must encourage our fellow men to commit to daily, thoughtful prayer. Encourage hard work and earning an honest living. Emphasize striving towards functional marriages and rejecting pre-marital sexual relations. Promote fatherhood, as well as discipline, truth and love in all households. And advise that men save money to invest in land, businesses, and providing necessities for their families, as well as giving back to their community in meaningful + productive ways. 

When our men seek first God's Kingdom and all His right ways, they will be fixed. 

Which Way Western Man?

Have you ever realized that we cannot make life?

That although we can certainly end the lives of others and continue doing what is necessary to continue our own, life itself cannot actually be created by us? This is simply because we are not God, regardless of how badly the satanists and those of this world seek to disprove that reality. We are merely imitations of His image, and a continual chain of life born from the first man, and continuing on until the last..

We cannot make a tree out of nothing, but we can use the fruits and seeds it produces to continue the chain of life that was once started by our creator. We can take an acorn, provide it with fertile soil, water and sunlight until it becomes an oak tree.. but no matter how badly those of the earth want, the living being itself is created by God alone, we just continue the chain of existence.

The Bible itself has been passed down generation after generation, providing the truth, the beautiful, the good and the love of our original creator down through the ages to all who come to exist along the chain of life referred to now as the human race. The history and wisdom of the Bible is a combination of hope and eternity, of life and of love.. It provides all who experience it the knowledge that this world we exist in now is temporary, and that evil is not inevitable or unavoidable. It calls us to look beyond the present moment and act for others + those who have yet to exist.

Western Civilization is based on a foundation of 3 pillars:
- Greco-Roman Legacy : our philosophical + legal legacy. Where we got our ideas about law, material world constructs, language, art + science.
- The European Nations : a geographic region of the world where the Bible mixed with earth-worshiping pagans to create successful states, institutions, technologies, art + lifestyles that eventually spread to various colonies around the world.
- Christianity : the manifestation of God's truth + love born through His only son, and carried on through disciples to all of the various nations and to all of the spiritually poor.

Western Civilization itself was not created by any man, it was collectively produced and passed down to the future generations. It continues through us even now and to all who are still to come. Before becoming what we today consider to be "civilized" our European ancestors were barbaric, short-sighted, hedonistic, unskilled, violent, unorganized, and lacking organization. The Roman conquests of Europe, and the resulting Christian empires brought about what we now consider to be civilization. Our history was bloody and full of mistakes, as is our present state and that of our future offspring.. But we continue to make things here on earth better together over time as we individually seek the Kingdom of Heaven.

Christian virtues continue to improve human life here on earth, as our Bible teaches those with faith to have self-control, joy, love, and to seek out truth + the value of life provided to us by the creator. Our barbarian ancestors reacted to their environment, sought out power and pleasure, and sought to make their time here on earth long and easy.. Christians, however, are called by God's only Son to seek first the Kingdom of Heaven, sacrificing the temporary things in exchange for righteous eternal rewards.

This faith in the word of God necessarily provides all life with independence and importance. The knowledge of Christ's redemption shows us that we are all uniquely important and that our lives are valuable. Every single man, woman and child are now rightfully understood as individual souls, capable of carrying out atrocious evils, as well as finding and living beautiful and meaningful lives in the now and in the forever after. Christ showed us that we all have intrinsic value to God, and that we are not just temporary walking meat creatures. Christ's teachings provided us with what is now known as romantic love, and He provided future generations with respect and purpose for women, as well as all of the physically weak.

The Christians of Europe not only successfully continued the chain of life down to the present moment, but they forged over time a beautiful and prosperous environment in this temporary place. One that has provided us with beauty, love, knowledge, justice, meaning and purpose.. The sacrifices made by our ancestors brought us what we have and know today, and it is our job now to continue this journey of spreading the good of our creator down to those who are to come next. Our job is to seek first the Kingdom of Heaven, by trusting and loving our creator and all of His creations, and to avoid the evil temptations of this temporary physical world.

We didn't make Christianity, we didn't make civilization. We just continued the chain of events for centuries, and continue to do so today. The meaning of life is to pass along the truth and love of God to His creations existing around you now, and down to all who have yet to be created. Go spread the love and truth of the Bible however possible, and share the teachings of Christ with your fellow humans now and forever.

If the tiny acorn is planted on fertile soil and given enough water + sunlight, it will grow into a mighty oak tree in time..

My Response To Christianity Today's Coronavirus Conspiracy Article

This is a response to Ed Stetzer's article for Christianity Today called "On Christians Spreading Corona Conspiracies: Gullibility is not a Spiritual Gift" the link to which is at the bottom of this blog

I want to start off this critique by pointing out that in Ed Stetzer's article for Christianity Today, there are a lot of claims made about Christians sharing "conspiracy theories" online regarding the recent outbreak of the coronavirus, and yet he only chooses to share one of said theories.. The theory that the virus itself was made in a Chinese lab, as well as the accompanying claims that it was deliberately spread to other nations. These claims are actually now being investigated and taken seriously by the Pentagon and the Department of Homeland Security. Ed conveniently leaves out the novel being pushed by supposedly "credible sources" that the outbreak was caused by Chinese citizens eating diseased bats from a wet market in the Wuhan province.. A story that is quite clearly nonsensical and laughable to intelligent minds.

His opinion piece is packed full of insults, fallacies, and manipulative rhetoric, yet glaringly lacks any sort of evidence based claims to disprove what he labels "conspiracy theories." He repeats the phrases "conspiracies," "lies" and "gullible" many times when referring to the behavior of Christians, while clearly placing his trust in "credible sources" who have a well documented history of being wrong or even outright lying to the general public.

The term "conspiracy theory" was in fact created by the CIA originally to discredit those who challenged the official narrative about the John F. Kennedy assassination, and has since been used to discredit any who dare question the stories provided to us by corporate media institutions and government agencies. You know, like how Vietnamese rebels never actually fired at US ships in the Gulf of Tonkin, how Iraqi soldiers did not remove babies from incubators in Kuwait, or how Jeffrey Epstein obviously did not commit suicide in his jail cell.. These blatant lies and deceptions pushed by "credible sources" are still believed by most because those willing to risk shining light on the truth are demonized with labels like "conspiracy theorist" and called "gullible" by people like Ed Stetzer.

I suggest you take your own advice Ed, and recognize that gullibility is not a spiritual gift.

He claims that "As followers of Jesus, we are people of the truth. Falling for and spreading conspiracy theories does not honor the Lord, but it does cause people to question our judgement." This self-described Christian is forgetting that we are called upon to not cast judgement on our neighbors repeatedly by our Lord. He is choosing to judge and belittle other Christians publicly for their actions instead of leaving that judgement and criticism to the Lord alone.

Jesus states in Matthew 7:1 "Do not judge, or you too will be judged." Paul writes in Romans 2:1 "You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgement on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgement do the same things." Also, it should be noted that it matters not what the humans of this world think of us or our "judgement" if we truly believe in, trust, and act righteously for God. Are you doing right by God, or are you focused on doing what is expected of you by the crowd here on earth Mr. Stetzer? For if we truly know God's logos and trust in His plan, why would people's opinions about us matter at all?

Ed claims that "..we need to speak up.. and lovingly say 'you need to go to trusted sources" and that "..there are plenty of credible news sources.." yet he fails to point the Christians he is judging here to actual scripture and the word of our God during these chaotic and confusing times. I strongly advise that Christians, and even non-believers, look towards the insights of ancient, time tested knowledge given to us by our creator when faced with earthly threats and dangerous environments. Our Lord makes it very clear to us that we should have no fear, that we should place our trust in Him, and to put on His armor when the threats of this earth do come for us.

"Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for you are with me, your rod and your staff they comfort me." Psalm 23:4

"When I am afraid, I put my trust in you." Psalm 56:3

"Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe." Proverbs 29:25

"But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. 'Do not fear their threats; do not be frightened." 1 Peter 3:14

"Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." Ephesians 6:10-12

... and I could easily keep going and going.

It seems like Ed is lacking in trust with God's plan, instead choosing to place his trust in the authority figures and the opinions of his peers here in this temporary place. That is fine, he can choose to suffer and die with his academic friends, and our Lord will grant him that wish. And may he live a thousands years.. The only problem I have is that he is mocking and condemning Christians for their trust in the Lord's plan, as well as their disbelief in earthly powers who have a recorded record of leading us down dark paths and away from the presence of God and His Kingdom. Ed is attempting to shame believers into placing their trust in man instead of trusting in God, who will make all things good in time.

In his article, Ed continues to judge Christians by stating that "you're ultimately bringing harm to yourself and your community" by questioning the narratives of our earthly institutions.. He claims that "we damage our witness and that of your church.. when you focus on unproven theories and speculation.." Ed fails to explain what harm is actually being caused by us having opinions that differ from the unspecified "trusted sources." He seems truly worried about what non-believers think of Christians, and seems to place more importance on that than actually having faith in God's plan. It seems as if he is focused primarily on the opinions of his fellow man and on being popular. He appears to be concerned about being trusted by academics and those choosing to be of this world, and not just in this world as our Lord instructs us to be.

Ed suggests that thinking for yourself and challenging the narratives given by the ruling class makes us bad Christians. He not only judges us for our lack of faith in earthly institutions, he does so in a mocking tone. He claims that even asking questions is wrong for Christians to do, writing "I still believe spreading unproven speculation is bearing false witness and I still believe we need to repent." He is choosing to be disingenuous, emotionally manipulative, and dismissive of believers who have reason to doubt the fear-mongering and anger of those in positions of power here on earth. He chooses to belittle us, call us names, insult our intelligence, and judge our opinions about the narratives being pushed on us by those with a known record of lying and those with incentive to do so now. He calls Christians "gullible," "easily fooled," "bearing false witness," "outraged" and "influenced by social media trolls and click-bait" without any real evidence or direct sources.

I merely suggest that you the reader think for yourself when faced with the opinions and narratives of man, and always trust in the word of God first and foremost. The Bible never fails, and it never will. Can the media companies or our government say the same?

I also suggest that you forgive Ed Stetzer for this shameful article, and find it in your heart to love him despite his condemnation and likely disdain for those of us who choose to challenge to narratives being pushed by our media companies and the claims being made by our governments. Ed is clearly lacking the truth and love of God, and is choosing to be one of this world and not merely in it. But there is still time for him to be saved and find the light, and I truly hope he does in time.

Ed, and those who agree with him, I think you should remember the words of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ;
"Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven." Luke 6:37
"Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgement, but has passed from death to life." John 5:24
